Twitch Prime is no longer! It has been changed into a new perk from Amazon Prime called Prime Gaming! This doesn't mean any of the great benefits of Twitch Prime are leaving, you will still get a free Twitch subscription every month, as well as free items from games, and 5+ free PC games every month! You don't have do anything different if you already have this service, it has just been re-branded. So, what does this mean to Roblox players? Well, it means if you, your parents, or family member has Amazon Prime, you can get some free stuff for Roblox in the future!
Update August 12th, 2020: Get the Banandolier for Free as an Amazon Prime Member!
You can now get the Banandolier cosmetic for free if you are an Amazon Prime Member by going to this link.
When you go to redeem the item, you will be given a code. You can redeem this code right here. If you don't want the item and want to give it away to someone, you are allowed to do that if you want. However, the code can only be used ONCE, so it won't be able to be redeemed again.
Amazon has made agreements with some of the largest game publishers in the world. This includes Riot Games, Rockstar Games, and Roblox Corp. It has been announced that later in August 2020, you will be able to get some brand-new free items from Roblox. All you will have to do is login to your Amazon Prime Account, and head to the Prime Gaming page to receive the new stuff.
These items will be available in the weeks to come, so you can dress up your avatar with some pretty interesting cosmetics! Roblox already gives away some of these in the form of promo codes, but they haven't done this with a company like Amazon just yet.
