One of the most anticipated Roblox titles of this year is the One Piece-inspired game Rell Seas. The main reason for all this hype is due to their developers, Rell Games, who were the team behind successful hit games like Shindo Life 1 and 2. All Confirmed and Leaked Features in Rell Seas
Below, I have listed out some features and content that you can expect in Rell Seas once the game is out.
Boat Customization
One common feature that is missing from almost every One Piece game on Roblox is the boat-building/customization feature. Rell Seas will include that missing component by providing an in-depth boat customization option allowing players to change every ship's parts, design flags, and even equip them with weapons. This means that apart from fighting on land, you can also take the battle to the high seas and conduct crew battles. I am very much excited about this mechanic as it is a unique feature that will draw a lot of players who love ship battle games like Warships to the platform.
RPG Mechanics
Though games like Blox Fruits or Grand Piece Online have some form of RPG elements, they don't come close to the amount of stuff confirmed for Rell Seas. In Rell Seas, people can mold their character according to their wishes. For example, suppose you want to become a great Navigator. In that case, you can accumulate skill points towards navigation skills, which will provide special perks that help locate new islands or travel to existing ones much faster. Several such dedicated talents/skills exist in the game, and you can pick and choose which ones resonate with you most.
Unique Boss Moves
A big complaint by many players across various One Piece-inspired games is the lack of unique moves by the bosses and mini-bosses. But, Rell Games has promised that each of the bosses will have unique moves that match their personality from the Manga. They won't be exact replicas, but they will definitely relate to the character.
Focus on Events and Raids
Players love playing raid events that are only available at specific times in a day or week. Rell Games has understood this keenness and has created several events/raids that are time-specific to cater to their audience. The developers shared a small image teasing 10 or more such events recently. In that image, I was mainly intrigued by the Scammer event, which, according to rumors, may allow players to sell fake items to other players. If it is true, just imagine the amount of chaos in a trading market where you'll never truly know whether what you're buying is worth the price you're paying!
Devil Fruits
Like other One Piece Games on the platform, Rell Seas will also have the concept of devil fruits and fighting styles, which can be used in PVP and PVE game modes. Nearly 23 different devil fruits have been confirmed and shared one by one throughout the development cycle. But the rumor is that there will be almost 30+ devil fruits at launch. We will have to wait and see how many devil fruits make it to the final release.
