The fiscal year ended on March 31, 2021, just over two weeks following Roblox (NYSE: RBLX) going public through direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The RBLX stock opened company to the public at $64.50 and has fluctuated in price since launch, jumping as high as $83.41 (April 13) and dropping as low as $60.69 (March 25).
Since then, the company has continued to expand its brand beyond the gaming platform. Roblox was included amongst the NYSE's first batch of First Trade non-fungible tokens (NFTs), a digital collection celebrating a company's first trade on the stock market.
Roblox also partnered with Hasbro to launch the first lineup of Nerf blaster toys and a Roblox-themed Monopoly board game. All Roblox/Hasbro collections are available for preorder now. Moreover, the company has continued frequent events involving the Roblox development community through Metaverse Champions, a platform-wide competitive event spanning over 180 unique experiences.
