Roblox has yet to speak on this issue and likely won't anytime soon, as technical bugs like this one are fixed fairly quickly behind the scenes. If you're experiencing this issue on your device, continue refreshing your page every few minutes or try fully closing and re-opening Roblox—it should be resolved within a few hours, if not sooner.
