Sea of Thieves Monkey Island Memoir Spots Locations

Relive the past with Guybrush Threepwood.

Sea of Thieves is giving me the pirate crossover of a lifetime with Tall Tales inspired by Monkey Island. The first one, The Journey to Mêlée Island, includes a whole bunch of commendations to complete. One of these requires seeking out ten Memoir Spots on Mêlée Island. Fortunately for you, I've already found all ten spots and have listed them below. Here's a list!

All Memoir Spots on Monkey Island in Sea of Thieves

There are ten Memoir Locations to find on Mêlée Island. These give a classic view fans will recognize from the original Monkey Island. They are marked by red ink bottles, and you must sit down at each spot to hear Guybrush speak.

In the back right corner of the general store are a mirror and two mannequins. Sit on the stool beside the barrel and red ink bottle to claim this Memoir Spot.

Street Corner

On the street, near the guards, is the next Memoir Spot. Find the corner that looks to the clocktower. Here, you can find the red ink bottle and a seat.

You must unlock the clocktower to reach this Memoir Spot. When you enter the clocktower and begin your climb, take the left stairway that is blocked by debris. Follow this path onto the roof overlooking the church. The red ink bottle is on the ground, but the seat is on the edge of the roof.

Alleyway

Your next stop will take you to the alley, where you can find the Piranha Poodles being tormented by the guard. The red ink bottle is on the barrels by the dogs, which is also where you can sit.

Jail

This spot is in the back of the jail. Have a seat on the crate next to the red ink bottle and table to mark off this Memoir.

Mansion Exterior

On your way to the mansion, you should spot a few crates to the left along the cliff. Among these is a red ink bottle, so take a seat to get a view of the mansion.

Enter the mansion and look to your right. You'll see two comfy chairs and a table with a red ink bottle. Have a seat in either to finish up this commendation.
