How to Use CAS Full Edit Mode Sims 4 Cheat

The Sims 4 allows you to customize every aspect of your Sims' lives, from their personality to the way they walk, speak, who they marry, and a whole lot more. While you can fully use sliders and select base personality traits upon creating a Sim for the first time, CAS becomes more limited afterward. However, you can easily bypass this limitation with the help of a cheat called CAS Full Edit Mode.

How to use the CAS Full Edit Mode cheat in The Sims 4

Follow the steps below to use the CAS Full Edit Mode cheat in The Sims 4. This cheat works when the game is not paused, so click the play button and try again if you find it doesn't work the first time.

1. While in live play, press the Ctrl+Shift+C keys together for Windows or press the Cmd+Shift+C keys on Mac to open the control panel.
2. Type testingcheats.true to enable cheats and click the Enter key. The control panel should say, "Cheats are enabled."
3. Type cas.fulleditmode and hit the Enter key.
4. Simultaneously hit the Shift key and click on the Sim you want to modify.
5. Select Modify in CAS.

You'll be directed to the Create A Sim page and access all customization features to modify your selected Sim however you wish.

Will CAS Full Edit Mode enable all customization features in The Sims 4?

The CAS Full Edit mode cheat will allow you to change everything about your Sim as if you were creating them for the first time. So you'll have access to all face and body sliders, and you can change their voice, personality, and more. There are a few limitations, for instance, you can't edit the size of a pregnant Sim's belly.
