Is there a level cap in Splatoon 3?

Become the ultimate ink master.

Splatoon 3 is the third installment in the Splatoon series, following the highly popular Splatoon and Splatoon 2. It has brought many new features, gear, weapons, and more but remains largely the same game fans know and love. With its multiplayer aspects being front and center, you may be wondering if there is a level cap in Splatoon 3.

At this time, we do not know if there is a level cap in Splatoon 3. There likely is, as both Splatoon and Splatoon 2 featured level caps in which you can no longer increase your rank. This begs the question of what is the maximum level in Splatoon 3.

What is the max level in Splatoo 3?

Unfortunately, we do not know the maximum level you can reach in Splatoon 3. Splatoon 2 previously featured a max level of 99, so it may be that Splatoon 3's max level is 99. No player has reached this level yet, so we are unsure if it is possible to go beyond this.

If level 99 turns out to be the max level cap in Splatoon 3 and you reach it, there is still plenty to do. You can still enjoy multiplayer matches, Salmon Run, Tableturf Battle, and Splatfests. Just because you reach the max level, it doesn't mean you have to hang up your Splatoon career.
