Star Wars Outlaws is a new Star Wars game published by Ubisoft that was revealed at the Xbox Games Showcase. Many assume that given Ubisoft's history of games, this will be an open-world-style game that sees you explore the Star Wars universe. We dubbed it StarCry!

Star Wars Outlaws follows Kay Vess, a rogue, and scoundrel looking to build up the funds to start a new life. She is joined by her companions, the adorable Nix and the imposing droid ND-5. Together, the band evades the Empire and try to survive on the outer rim of space.
Is Star Wars Outlaws open world?
Ubisoft is toting Star Wars Outlaws as the first truly open-world Star Wars game. This sets up big expectations, but Ubisoft is no stranger to open-world titles. How this plays out for Star Wars Outlaws remains to be seen, but I am thrilled to explore a galaxy far far away in a brand new way.

Unlike many games at the Xbox Games Showcase, whether Star Wars Outlaws would be available on day one on Game Pass wasn't confirmed. We would assume this means no, it will not be.
