Juggernauts are one of the most dangerous foes in State of Decay 2. They are one of the few unique infected variants you can encounter and can take a lot of punishment, thus the name.
Because of this, they can almost seem impossible at times to kill. However, you can kill them very easily by following the general rule for killing zombies, aim for the head.
To kill Juggernauts in State of Decay 2, you will need to focus fire on their heads and use high damage weapons like the 50 cal sniper rifle or assault rifle. A good weapon that doesn't have a lot of recoil will also be ideal because you will need to consistently hit their head before they go down.
When they go into a downstate, you will be able to kill them instantly with a melee attack by running up and hitting the appropriate key. But this won't be until you put a few good hits to their head until their skull is exposed.
Helpful Tips for beating the Juggernaut in State of Decay 2

| Get to cover! | Juggernauts can charge at players making it difficult to avoid them at times, because of this getting on top of a car and building and trying to pick them off from a distance can work wonders. |
| Don't use fire | Juggernauts are immune to fire damage, so using items like molotovs are useless on them. |
| Don't Ram them! | It may seem like a good idea at the time, but raming Juggernauts with your car is a quick way to lose said car as it will break before you do anything to the Juggernaut. |
| Aim for the head! | Focus fire on the head and get consistent headshots will eventually down the Juggernaut, we also recommend shooting from range so you can focus on themeasier. |
