Tekken 8 returns with a 32-character roster on release and four mystery DLC characters included in the Ultimate Edition. Every new Tekken game brings new characters, new looks, and new gameplay, so I am very excited to try out all 32 characters in Tekken 8.

Many of the fan-favorite characters return in Tekken 8 with similar movesets and new modern looks. The Tekken story has unfolded around several characters including Jin, Kazuya, Jun, and many others. All New Characters in Tekken 8

Tekken 8 features three new characters on launch, all with unique looks, backstories, and fighting styles.

Azucena

Otherwise known as the "Coffee Queen", Azucena Castillo is an MMA champion and coffee farmer who enters the Tekken tournament to promote her coffee and test her skills. Her fighting style employs modern techniques along with very defensive and mobile movements.

Victor

Hailing from France, Victor Chevalier is a UN special agent who founded the Raven Unit. Victor utilizes a variety of gadgets including pistols, karambit knives, and a futuristic katana. Victor's fighting style is much like Raven's, including teleportation, vertical attacks, and quick combos.

Reina

Not much is known about Reina. Her origin remains shrouded in mystery. At first glance at her fighting style, it seems she combines the styles of a few fighters on the roster including Asuka, Jin, and Katarina. The Tekken 8 story will most likely revolve around her and will reveal her backstory.
