Instead of upgrading old weapons, it's better to unlock every weapon and select the best for making reruns much easier. So, here is a guide that lists all weapons and how to obtain them in The Last Faith.
Complete List of Weapons in The Last Faith
There are 13 usable weapons in The Last Faith, and you can learn how to acquire each below.
Nightfall Blade
Nightfall Blade is a simple short blade that is very good for short-range combat. It is the first weapon in the game, and you acquire it by default once your campaign commences.
SkullCleaver
SkullCleaver is a slow but hard-hitting weapon in the game. You can find the SkullCleaver in the Broken Pass region. Use the Cleaver if you love slow weapons that deal heavy damage in a single big swing.
Nighttide's Rout
Nighttide's Rout is a whip-like weapon in The Last Faith. The weapon is available in the City of Mythringal. Though the damage number is low, it has a great range and is effective against early flying-type enemies.
Blunderblade
Blunderblade is a very similar short weapon to the Nightfall Blade. You can purchase the weapon from the Blacksmith in the City of Mythringal after rescuing him. The only thing unique about the weapon is its knockback effect from guns during a combo.
Ethereal Great Blade
The Ethereal Great Blade is one of the best weapons in the game. It has high damage numbers, is long, and is quick compared to its size. You can obtain the item in the Drowned Crypt map area. I highly recommend upgrading the Ethereal Great Blade to the maximum level until the end.
Stormchaser Macewhip
Indicative of its title, it's a combination of a whip and mace. Unlike the Rout, it is a hard-hitting weapon with a decent damage number that fares well during the middle stages. Explore the Esk Mansion to obtain the Stormchase Macewhip in the Last Faith.
Spinal Chain Blade
The Spinal Chain Blade is another fantastic weapon found during the mid-game. It has range, a decent attack bonus, and a unique move that deals out dark-style damage. The weapon is available for grabs in the Liturgical Pass.
Severance Reaper
Severance Reaper is another top-tier weapon in The Last Faith. Though it's a scythe, it's quick in dealing combos and has a good range. The range especially comes in handy to deal with several flying-based enemies in the mid-stages. You can obtain the weapon in the Damned Ruins of the Osseus Fortress.
Illygrarth Boreal Blade
Another solid steel blade that should be in your inventory is the Illygrath Boreal Blade. Though it works like any other blade in the lost, it stands out from the rest due to its frozen enchantment that allows you to stun enemies and reposition during battle scenarios. You can obtain the weapon after beating the Starlight Beast boss in the Moonshade Lake.
Firestriker Blade
As the name suggests, the blade uses the fire enchant and has two attack types. The first makes the blade into a flame thrower, and the second enables you to send out a wave of fire in the forward direction. Both are equally lethal and are highly potent in the late stages of enemies. You can purchase the weapon for Nycrux from the Blacksmith in the later stages.
Holy Winged Axe
The Holy Winged Axe is a decent late-game weapon. The main highlight includes moves like the simultaneous forward and back swing and the Frost enchantment attacks. Still, it's average compared to other weapons in the late game, as it lacks range and damage numbers. Explore the Gardens Regnant Palace to get the Holy Winged Axe.
The Devourer of the Betrayed
This weapon is a katana-style sword with a dark enchantment. There is nothing special about the sword except that it dishes out dark-style attack moves and is swift to use. You can acquire the katana in the Crypt Skull areas of Mythringal.

The Rift of Blood
The Rift of Blood is hand down the best weapon in the game. If upgraded to the maximum level, you can output up to 900 damage per swing, making it the weapon with the highest damage in Lost Faith. On top of that, the AOE-style attacks and the blood-type enchantment make it an extremely unforgiving weapon. You can obtain The Rift of Blood after filling the four Blood Chalices in the Damned Ruins of the Osseus Fortress.
Remember, if we have left out any weapon, please share information about the weapon in the comment section. Please bookmark the article to learn about upcoming weapons from future DLCs or game updates.
