As with any soul-like title, the need to have healing consumables on hand is very important, and Healing Injections in The Last Faith are no exception. However, Healing Injections are a finite resource, so you'll need to know how to get more in order to survive.
Where to get more Healing Injections in The Last Faith
Normally in a souls-like game, you just need to sit down at whatever substitute the game has for a bonfire. Typically, this will reset your healing consumables and you can go back to exploring. The Last Faith is not like this. Instead, it harkens back to the days of Dark Souls 1, where your healing is both limited and finite. In Dark Souls 1, you had to farm enemies to get more healing, and that is exactly the case for The Last Faith.

Enemies will reset every time you rest in The Last Faith, so all you need to do is find a decent rest point next to a few enemies, and farm them like you would farm experience. They have a chance to drop Healing Injectors, which you can use to heal anytime you need. One additional, but not as reliable, method for obtaining Healing Injections is to break destrubble objects in the environment. From my experience, it felt like a good idea to always break these objects once spotted, because such an action takes very little effort for a chance at a great reward.
While I can't say I'm a huge fan of The Last Faith using Dark Soul 1's healing system as its template, I am happy to report that at least Healing Injections seem like a relatively common drop from all enemies. This adds an additional layer of challenge without putting a necessary resource like healing behind a tedious gameplay loop.
