That said, you can complete the quest by repairing the Great Forge of Narvi with Replacement Gears and Cranks. You can make these Replacement Gears and Cranks via the Forge with three Iron Ingots.

After repairing the Great Forge of Narvi, you can make a First Age Pickaxe using the following materials:

  • Three Steel Ingots.
  • One Black Diamond.
  • Four Ubasam Wood.
