Earlier today, Supermassive Games announced The Quarry, a spiritual successor to the company's hit Until Dawn game from 2015. The Quarry is an interactive horror video game where players take control of a group of camp counselors who find themselves stranded in their cabins on the night they were supposed to leave. The game already has an official release date - The Quarry will be coming to the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC on June 10, 2022. That will make it the perfect summer game for horror fans.
The Quarry will feature a prestige cast of voice actors and photo-realistic character models like Until Dawn. The game centers on players making life-and-death choices that will determine the outcome of the game and the fates of the character. Until Dawn was a huge hit when it was originally released, and fans have been clamoring for a sequel ever since.
