To unlock the Magnetic Pulse in Tower of Fantasy, you must explore the Navia region and collect exploration points. Specifically, you must get 660 exploration points in this region. Once you have the necessary points, open the map and click on the Navia button at the bottom. This is where you can unlock the Magnetic Pulse Relic.

What is the Magnetic Pulse – What does the Magnetic Pulse do in Tower of Fantasy?

The Magnetic Pulse is an SSR Relic that is used in combat. When you use it, the Relic will unleash a bomb that deals damage and launches enemies in the air.
