Best Characters in Tower of God New World

Best S Tier Characters in Tower of God New World

Evan is one of the best S tier characters in Tower of God New World because his kit has varied utility, hiding units, recovering energy, and extending survivability. Hoaqin, on the other hand, is a great Damage dealer who has excellent synergy between his passive and basic attacks.

Evan (Fast Ship)

Evan (Fast Ship) is a Supporter unit in Tower of God New World that deals magic damage. With his basic attacks, he can recover his Energy. He also removes debuffs, gaining additional energy and healing those allies that don't have any debuffs on them.

Evan's passive can hide an ally at the beginning of the battle as well as himself once his HP drops dangerously. Once he reveals himself, he recovers Energy and gains an ATK boost. Finally, with his Special, Evan can make his allies immortal and boost their HP for several seconds, extending the lives of his teammates.

Hoaqin (Demonic Fragment)

Hoaqin (Demonic Fragment) is a Warrior unit that deals physical damage. His passive recovers his Max HP when an ally or an enemy who isn't a summoned being dies, causing him to cast a spell and increase his ATK.

His first attack works with his passive to make him Berserk for a duration of time, which increases per passive stack. When Berserk Hoaqin becomes immune to status effects, just like in his second basic attack, which also works with his passive. Each stack of his passive creates an extra sword blast for this one.

Best A Tier Characters in Tower of God New World

Bam is one of the best A tier characters in Tower of God New World because of his great utility, even as a free unit in the game. Khun Ran isn’t a free unit, but he is great at increasing Crit Rate and Swiftness, gaining additional attacks, and hiding from opponents.

Bam (Black March)

It's not surprising that MC (Twenty-fifth) Bam is close to the top of the tier list. He is a Support class with a very useful kit. He restores the Energy of nearby allies, deals an increased ATK to enemies with his passive, and Stops their movement with both his passive and basic attack. This makes him a good crowd-control unit.

Khun Ran (Lightning Pill)

Once per battle, Khun Ran swallows a Lightning pill that decreases the DMG taken, increases his Swiftness, and ensures all attacks are Critical Hits. He will feel the consequences of this with Exhaustion and a reduced ATK. Khun Ran can conceal himself and increase his Critical Hit Rate and Critical DMG.

Best B Tier Characters in Tower of God New World

Horyang Kang is one of the best B tier characters in Tower of God New World as a damage absorber that even has the ability to slow down the enemies with stuns. Rak is a second great Tank in ToG who heals his wounded allies and attacks the enemies nearby.

Horyang Kang (Wings of Destruction)

Horyang Kang is a Tank that decreases enemy ATK when attacking. He can paralyze enemies, increase his ATK and DMG with an attack, stun enemies again, and gain a status affect immunity. As a tank, he also absorbs damage by taunting enemies and providing a barrier for his wounded ally.

Rak (Hunter)

Rak is a Tank whose Physical RES increases when his allies are nearby, which changes his attack to ranged. He isn't a damage absorber, but he does heal and increase DEF of his allies. Rak protects his wounded teammates by attacking the nearby enemies with an increased ATK and DMG.

Best C Tier Characters in Tower of God New World

The best C tier characters in Tower of God New World are two mages, Hansung Yu and Quaetro. Hansung Yu is great for decreasing enemy stats, while Quaetro works hard to damage opponents continually with critical hits.

Hansung Yu (Deep-Sea Fish)

Hansung Yu is a Mage whose Critical Hits lower the enemy's Magic Resistance. He can also decrease their ATK and MOV SPD with his special move, which also makes Hansung Yu Immune to status effects when casting. His basic attacks can Knock the enemies back as well as Jolt them.

Quaetro (Arsonist)

Quaetro is a Mage that deals fire AoE damage, which decreases the enemy's HP Recovery. They also take additional damage for the duration of the Burn. Quaetro's special move guarantees Critical Hits if the targets are hit multiple times, increasing the DMG. He can also use a Ring of Fire barrier that causes DMG to enemies that touch it.

Best D Tier Characters in Tower of God New World

The best D tier characters in Tower of God New World are Robdevil and Tin. Robdevil works as a damage absorber as well as a crowd control unit. Tin is a good unit throughout the battle, starting and finishing the fight with a lot of Damage.

Robdevil (Devil's Arm)

Robdevil is a Tank with taunting abilities to attract enemy damage. He can increase his Physical and Magic Resistance, and if an enemy attacks him, Robdevil reduces their ATK. He can also stun enemies, perfect to beat them with his increased ATK and DEF.

Tin (Flail)

Tin is an Assassin that deals DMG to a random enemy as you enter the battle, starting off strong. When he is damaging the enemy, he also heals himself. Tin can make the enemy Bleed, meaning they take additional DMG while this effect lasts. He works great at the start of a battle but even better at the end. His special move Locks enemies and then damages them and the units surrounding them with an increased ATK.
