Stunlock Studios first teased the castle features via the official V Rising Twitter, stating in part, "Any vampires out there hungry for more information on Castles?" Later, a new trailer was uploaded that shows a more in-depth look at the castle system in-game. Check out the Stunlock Studios Youtube Channel for more.

Players can build magnificent castles in this open-world survival game, similar to bases in Valheim. This is where your vampire lord or lady will spend most of their time away from the world. There are many different designs and layouts you can choose from, as you seemingly have a great deal of freedom when creating a castle.

You can invite other players to your castle and use it to protect yourself and attack others. V Rising launches May 17, 2022, so go ahead and starting planning your perfect vampire castle.
