If you want to find Paper in V Rising, you will need to search specific locations like the Bandit Logging Camp and farm enemies. Enemies in certain locations will drop Paper as loot, and you can find these enemies wandering in and near places like the Bandit Logging Camp.

Other good locations to find Paper is inside chests and other locations like the Bandit Stronghold. The following are some of the best places to look for Paper and farm it in V Rising:

• Bandit Trapper Camp: We recommend being at least Gear Level 20+ before trying to farm Paper here. 
• Bandit Logging Camp: We recommend being at least Gear Level 20+ before trying to farm Paper here. 
• Bandit Stronghold: We recommend being at least Gear Level 30+ before trying to farm Paper here.

What is Paper used for in V Rising

Paper in V rising is used to research random crafting recipes called Technologies via the Research Desk. If you want to use Paper for research, you will need to make a Research Desk using the following materials:

How to make a Research Table in V Rising

• 8 Planks: You can get planks by filling a Sawmill full of wooden logs.
• 120 Animal Hide: You can get Animal Hides by killing Deer, Wolves, and Bears. 
• 80 Stone: You can get Stone by smashing a mace against rocks. 

How to use a Research Desk in V Rising

Once you make a Research Desk in V Rising, you will be able to use it to research new Technologies or Crafting Recipes. To research Technologies or Crafting Recipes, you will need 50 Paper or a Recipe book. Recipe books can drop from bosses, enemies, or inside chests in one of the many locations in the game. That said, grab either 50 Paper or a Recipe Book and take it back to the Research Desk. Open the Research Desk and then click either Research or Discover, and you will unlock new Crafting Recipes.
