Where to find the Putrid Rat Boss in V Rising

Unlike most V Blood Bosses in V Rising, there is no finding the Putrid Rat. Instead, you will need to summon them. To summon the Putrid Rat, you will need a few things first. The first is that you need the Vermin Nest built. You can make the Vermin Nest for 360 Stone and 120 Bones. Once you have the Vermin Nest Built, the next step is to get the following items to summon the Putrid Rat Boss: 

• 1 Twilight Snapper
• 4 Fish Bone
• 8 Grave Dust

Where to find Twilight Snapper in V Rising

If you are trying to find Twilight Snapper, you will need to focus on either fishing. To fish, you will need to make a Fishing Rod. You can make a Fishing Rod with the following resources:

• 8 Planks
• 4 Copper Ingots
• 4 Coarse Thread

Where to find Fish Bones in V Rising

You can find Fish Bones by looting chests in various locations in Farbane Woods, such as Bandit Camps, Bandit Logging Camps, etc. 

Where to find Grave Dust in V Rising

Grave Dust can be crafted inside the Grinder by using 100 Bones. You can also get Grave Dust from farming locations such as the Forgotten Woods.

How to summon the Putrid Rat Boss in V Rising

Once you have the required resources, you can summon the Putrid Rat Boss by heading back to your base and opening the Vermin Nest. Opening the Vermin Nest will allow you to summon the Putrid Rat Boss by placing the resources inside the Nest. After around 20 seconds pass, the boss will spawn inside your base, and you will need to kill them. Upon killing the Putrid Rat Boss, you will unlock the Rat form in V Rising.

How to beat the Putrid Rat Boss in V Rising

Beating the Putrid Rat Boss in V Rising is not hard but can be challenging if you are under level. Because of this, make sure you prepare by getting the right Gear Level. We recommend leveling to a little over Gear Level 30. Doing so will allow you to take more damage from the Putrid Rat boss without dying. We also Recommend killing Lidia the Chaos Archer, as she will reward full power spells that deal significant damage.
