Neon is scheduled to arrive in Valorant Episode 4 Act 1 on Jan. 12, 2022. The new act will commence as soon as Episode 3 Act 3 comes to a conclusion. A new battle pass is also scheduled to release on the same day for Episode 4 Act 1.

Agent 19 Neon is a Radiant Duelist, and her electrifying abilities make her the fastest Agent in the Valorant protocol roster. This Agent can manipulate electricity, and most of her abilities focus on getting ahead of the opposing team by taking control of essential areas.

Neon is voiced by popular Filipino voice actor Vanille Velasquez. The official Agent reveal video gave fans the first look inside the Valorant protocol quarters. "Entertain Me," a new track from artist Ylona Garcia, was featured in the video, and the community was quick to spot her poster inside Neon's room.

Neon will be a direct competition to Jett in terms of speed, but her impact on the professional scene is yet to be determined. While experts are claiming this Agent will have a low pick rate in pro play, it will be interesting to see how Riot Games takes necessary steps to make Neon what Yoru failed to be.
