To unlock the Yellow sign in Holy Forbidden in Vampire Survivors, you must first gain access to the secret level called Moonglow. To gain access to the Moonglow secret level, you need to unlock Hyper mode for four stages by surviving 25 minutes in each of them.

How to unlock Holy Forbidden in Vampire Survivors

The Holy Forbidden is a secret stage in Vampire Survivors that becomes unlocked when you survive the 15-minute mark on the Moongolow. The game requires that you do the run using the non-secret characters. After 15 minutes, the eyeballs will start appearing on the map, and your screen will become distorted. Your character will be immediately teleported to the secret stage called Holy Forbidden.
