Can you get Vermintide skins in Warhammer 40k Darktide?

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide features numerous cosmetic options players can purchase to equip one of the four classes in the game. Cosmetics also functions similarly to the Darktide developer's last game, Vermintide 1-2. Because of the similarity, players are also wondering if they can get Vermintide-themed skins in Darktide.

Can you get Vermintide theme skins in Warhammer 40k Darktide?

If you are wondering if there are Vermintide skins that you can purchase, the answer is no. However, the developers did add a few cosmetic options to the character customization creator based on characters from the Vermintide series. The options in Warhammer 40k Darktide include tattoos and facial appearance options. The following is what characters and classes get these options in Warhammer 40k:

  • Kerillian - The Wadestalker class and Elf character from Vermintide.
    • Female Characters (all classes but Skullbreaker)
  • Sienna Fuegonasus - The Battle Wizzard character/class from Vermintide.
    • Female Characters (all classes but Skullbreaker)
  • Bardin Goreksson - The Dwarf class/character from Vermintide.
    • Orgyn Skullbreaker

  • Victor Saltzpyre - The Witchhunter class/character from Vermintide.
    • Male characters (all classes but Skullbreaker)
  • Markus Kruber - The Footsoldier class/character from Vermintide.

How to get Vermintide Skins in Warhammer 40k Darktide

To get Vermintide Skins in Warhammer 40k Darktide, you must own either the first Vermintide or the sequel. If you own either of these games, you will get unique skins added as facial and tattoo options. There are five of these facial and five cosmetic options, all of which are based on Vermintide characters. You can get these Vermintide cosmetic skins by entering the character creator and accessing Facial Features and Tattoos. If you have trouble finding the options, it's due to them being unnamed. Luckily it doesn't prevent you from finding the Vermintide cosmetic options, as you can match them up with the promotional image below.

If you already have a character, you can access the Vermintide character skins by visiting the Barber NPC to change your appearance. You can find the barber NPC across from the Armory Exchanged, as shown by our image below.
