If your journey through Season of Discovery has been like mine, then you've come across many Waylaid Supplies containers. These are plentiful, and turning them in will reward you with reputation for the Season of Discovery-exclusive Azeroth Faction. Raising it up will eventually allow you to purchase the Phoenix Bindings recipe.

You'll be able to craft one of the best cloth wrists of Phase 1 of SoD with the pattern, and it's going to be an essential piece of armor for Fire Mages. Getting the recipe is the hard part, but crafting it is another thing entire.

How to craft Phoenix Bindings in WoW Season of Discovery

To put together the Phoenix Bindings, you'll need six Bolts of Woolen Cloth, two Flasks of Oil, and two Fine Threads. The materials themselves are very easy to track down, but that isn't the problem.

Another reason you might be here reading this is because of a bug. Crafting the Phoenix Bindings has been buggy for a lot of people. Some players have reported the recipe won't show up from the vendor or Tailoring tab for them. Sadly, if this does happen, the best thing you can do is wait for Blizzard to put in a fix, or you can submit a ticket. These bracers won't have a lot of longevity due to the ongoing nature of Season of Discovery, but they'll last through Phase 1, and that makes them worth making if you don't run into bugs.
