All Scar Questions and Answers in Onimous Star - Wuthering Waves

Players first meet Scar in an abandoned village during the Act III Main Quest – Ominous Star. Entering the village immediately gives an uneasy feel and certain dialogue and items certainly add to the atmosphere. Encountering Scar can be intimidating at first, but this eccentric antagonist seemingly only wants to play a game with Rover. Therefore it's important to take a look around and absorb as much detail as you can from this point on.

Find and follow a unique Trace Discord around and start compiling clues to discover exactly what happened to the people of this village. It will lead you to a total of three clues, each with its own connection to Scar's tall tale. The game also says the player can ask the red-cloaked enigma for hints, but he refuses to give any until he believes Rover has learned enough on their own.

After Rover follows the TD (and the player hopefully gleams some information from the environment), return to Scar and he will ask three questions. Each question directly relates to his story.

  • Q1: Who was the real culprit behind the diminishing number of lambs?
    • The shepherd.
  • Q2: What price did the lambs pay for their wishes?
    • Their lives.
  • Q3: What happened to the black lamb?
    • It was murdered by its flock and the shepherd.

What happens if you answer Scar correctly or incorrectly in Wuthering Waves

Every question has a correct answer. However, answering correctly or incorrectly doesn't change the scene much; it only ensures that Scar is immensely impressed with your critical thinking ability and will also congratulate you on a job well done.

Alternatively, players can skip the whole quest and choose to fight Scar directly. During the exploration period, if you ask him for a hint, get aggressive, and continuously choose to attack him, you'll be immediately teleported to the boss fight that happens later.

No matter how the quest goes, the main storyline continues to progress as normal whether you use your brain or your brawn. Similar to many other dialogue options, there's not an extreme change in the story. However, answering the questions correctly definitely has a certain satisfaction to it, doesn't it?

After this quest, players must level up their Union Level in order to continue adventuring in the open world. Now you have a bit of a break from the main story to farm, complete some puzzles, and explore everything Solaris-3 has to offer.
