How to report a bug in Wuthering Waves

Send those tickets!

Wuthering Waves is a beautifully developed game that has received extensive testing from players all over the world. But it's not rare to encounter a couple of bugs along the way. If you've encountered a bug in WuWa, here's how to report it.

How to make a bug report in Wuthering Waves

Before reporting a bug, make an extensive record of when and how you encountered it. Some bugs are triggered only during certain events, so try to remember what Quest or action you were doing and what time it happened to make it easier for the developers to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue.

Additionally, take detailed screenshots (preferably not over-cropped) or videos to help illustrate the situation. If your video attachment is too large, you can upload it onto a platform (such as Google Drive) and input the link in the bug description, but remember to check sharing permissions beforehand.

File a report in-game

  • Wuthering Waves terminal feedback form
  • Wuthering Waves feedback page

Head to the terminal either by clicking on the ESC button or the icon on the upper right of the screen. Click on Feedback to access the customer support page. You can send the customer service team questions directly whenever they're online. Otherwise, file a ticket using the options over the chatbox:

  • Report: For bug reports and any other issues you might have encountered. No issue is too small to fix!
  • Feedback: For any suggestions you might have to improve the WuWa experience.
  • Payment and Purchase: A section dedicated to concerns around your existing and potential purchases, currency conversions, etc.

File a report when you can't enter the game

On the occasion when your issue is preventing you from logging into the game, you can get in touch with the customer service team directly via two means: the launcher or email.

  • Wuthering Waves launcher customer service
  • Wuthering Waves launcher emergency bug report

If you managed to download WuWa but are struggling to log in, you can file a bug report through the emergency customer service desk on the launcher. Click on the headset icon on the upper right of the launcher to trigger the bug report page. Keep in mind that this page is only for bug reports—if you would like to send feedback, then do so through the in-game ticket.

If you can't get through downloading the game, your last resort is to contact the WuWa customer service directly via their official email: [email protected]. Try to include [Bug Report] in the subject line to make your concern easier to identify.

What kind of bugs can be reported in Wuthering Waves?

You're free to report any issues you encounter while playing Wuthering Waves! Apart from any game-breaking bugs, you can also report graphic glitches, misspelled text, awkward grammar, jumpy character movements, and anything else that you feel might have been an overlooked mistake.

You can also send queries regarding payments and purchases, which has a dedicated section on the customer service page. Finally, if you have any feedback for improving your WuWa journey, feel free to send it through the feedback section to help the developers get insights into the player experience.
