With the release of Wuthering Waves, players can dive into all the gacha goodness they've come to know and love from other huge titles in the genre like Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail. Like these games, the first choice you'll need to make is deciding whether to pick a male or female MC. The good news is there's really not a whole lot to worry about with this choice.

Which MC gender should you choose in Wuthering Waves?

To get straight to the point, the only difference here is aesthetic. If you prefer how the male Rover looks, go ahead and pick them. On the other hand, if you're all about the character design of the female Rover, then go ahead and select them for your adventure. There is no difference in how the story will play out in the game and there's no canon MC in the game either.
