Energy regeneration is a crucial part of any RPG and Wuthering Waves (WuWa) is no different. This guide will explain what exactly the Energy Regen character stat in does, what kinds of energy it restores, and where to find it.

What is the Energy Regen character stat in WuWa?

Similar to most other RPGs, Energy Regeneration (referred to in the game as Energy Regen) is the character stat responsible for increasing the amount of Energy you earn while using your Basic Attacks, Resonance Skill, and Combat Forte.

So if you find yourself regularly engaging in basic combat encounters in WuWa, your Energy Regen stat should always be filling up nicely constantly.

What kinds of energy does Energy Regen character stat restore in WuWa?

It's worth keeping in mind that the Energy Regen stat only restores Resonance Liberation Energy, which is in turn accumulated by the Resonators during combat. Both the Resonance Liberation Energy accumulated in and out of combat is affected by the Energy Regen stat.

When you're not in combat, you will generate 50% of the energy generated while in combat. Curiously enough, this does not depend on the Attribute or Energy Regen stat of the character who is generating said energy.

How to restore Energy Regen character stat in WuWa

As I previously mentioned in this guide, the best way to restore your Energy Regen character stat in Wuthering Waves is to engage in combat with enemies and bosses in the game's sprawling world. Use your abilities or Basic Attacks in combat to keep this stat as close to 100% as possible.

Other ways to build up your Energy Regen come from using one of your teammates' Outro Skills, as well as from passive effects on weapons or by using your Echo Skill. I recommend not letting your Energy Regen level drop below 50%, or you'll have a hard time casting your Resonance Liberation ability.

Where to find Energy Regen character stat in WuWa

If you want to take a look at your Energy Regen character stat, open the main menu and click on the icon that says Resonators in the top left. This will then open your character's Attribute Details page, where you'll be able to see all kinds of useful stats including your Energy Regen stat.
