How to cancel Roblox Premium

If users no longer want to pay for Roblox Premium (a monthly subscription service) they can cancel the membership using the Browser App or a mobile device. We prefer the Browser App method, but both options are detailed below.

Cancel Roblox Premium: Browser App

To cancel Roblox Premium using the Browser App on PC/Mac, follow these steps:

• Head to Roblox and login
• Press the Gear button in the top-right corner
  • Press Settings
• Within Settings, press the Billing tab
• Within Billing, press Cancel Renewal

After pressing Cancel Renewal, Roblox will ask the user a few more prompts. If the user is 100 percent sure they no longer want Roblox Premium, confirm the cancellation. Completing this step will stop all recurring charges unless the user renews the membership at a later date.

Cancel Roblox Premium: Mobile Devices

Mac/iOS Devices

If the user purchased a Roblox Premium subscription through the Apple App Store, there are a handful of ways to cancel a membership. We're using the iOS mobile device method. On an iOS device, follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app
• Tap your name
• Tap subscriptions
• Tap the Roblox Premium subscription
  • If the Roblox Premium subscription is not visible, then the user is using the wrong Apple account or they did not purchase Roblox Premium using the Apple App Store. If this is the case, the Browser App method above is the next best option.
• Tap Cancel Subscription

After tapping Cancel Subscription, confirm the choice to stop all recurring payments of Roblox Premium.

Android/Google Play Devices

If the user purchased a Roblox Premium subscription through an Android Device and/or the Google Play Store, there are a handful of methods. We're using the mobile device method. Follow these steps below:

• On your Android device, open the Google Play app
• Tap the profile icon at the top right
• Tap Payments & subscriptions
• Tap Subscriptions
• Select the Roblox Premium subscription
• Tap Cancel Subscription

After tapping Cancel Subscription, follow the additional directions to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, the user should no longer receive recurring charges of Roblox Premium.
