On your travels of The Ascent world, killing enemies, exploring, getting all the loot. You will eventually come across Wanted People that you can claim bounties for upon killing them.
To hand in a bounty, after killing a wanted person, you first need to make sure you collect proof that you killed them. This will just be a drop off their corpse that you should naturally pick up anyway. Then you need to get yourself to a bar/pub and speak to the bartender, these are only located in places of business, so Cluster 13 is a prime example.
On the map, a pub/bar location is symbolized by a bag. Upon speaking to the bartender, you have the option to sell the bounty for Ucred.

There is no way to track these bounties down. It's more or less if you come across them on your travels, kill them. An easy way to tell if you're facing a bounty or not is if they have a name hovering above them. If yes, it's a bounty. Normally, on the minimap, as an orange radius will appear. This is another indication that a bounty is in close proximity.
