Far Cry 6 Map — All Regions and their Villains

Like previous titles in the franchise, Far Cry 6 delivers a massive map for players to explore. The map plays a crucial role in enhancing Far Cry's signature open-world experience.

Far Cry 6 is set in a fictional island country—Yara, located in the Caribbean. The following list shows different regions and antagonists from all those regions. Out of these, four are the main regions.

ESPERANZA - Stronghold

• Villain: Anton Castillo — El Presidente | Dictator of Yara and the main antagonist of the Far Cry 6 story.

MADRUGADA - Major Region

• Sub-regions: Costa Del Mar, Lozania and Aguas Lindas.
• Villain: Jose Castillo — FND Commander | Nephew of the President who also controls the poison Viviro Tobacco production.
• Allies: Carlos Montero — Montero Clan Leader | Farmer and father of Camilla "La Espada" Montero.

VALLE DE ORO - Major Region

• Sub-regions: Noventarmas, Balaceras, Barrial and Cruz Del Salvador.
• Villain: Maria Marquessa — Minster of Culture | Yaran royalty who handles goverment's propaganda.
• Allies: Talia and Paolo — Maximas Matanzas | Outcasts of Yara.

EL ESTE - Major Region

• Sub-regions: La Joya, Conuco and Sierra Perdida.
• Villains:
  • Admiral Benitez — FND Naval Commander
  • Sean McKay — Corporate A**hole | Imperialist who oversees Yara's Tobacco trade.
• Allies: El Tigre — Legend of '67 | Fist of the '67 Yaran Revolution.

ISLA SANTUARIO

• Sub-regions: Quito and Vencejo.
• Allies:
  • Clara Garcia — La Jefe | Leader of the Libertad.
  • Juan Cortez — Resolver Master | Ex-spy.
• This is the island where you complete your first set of missions and defeat the FND to reach mainland Yara.

ZAMOK ARCHIPIELAGO

Libertad Headquarters (HQ) is situated near mainland Yara in Far Cry 6.

ISLA DEL LEON

A tiny island located to the North of Esparanza.
