There are a lot of options for an upgrade of your camp. In Construction Desk, you can upgrade Hideout Network to unlock Wingsuit.

"Build to access Wingsuit and the ability to purchase Hideout locations for Fast Travel from the Chief Scout" - COST: 30 Metal and 30 Gasolina

You need to buy the first upgrade, and it will cost you 30 Metal parts and 30 Gasolina. It is definitely worth the resources because it will allow you to unlock and use the Wingsuit and purchase various locations for Fast Travel.
