How to evolve Snorunt in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are faithful remakes of the fourth generation of Pokémon games, reimagined with 3D visuals and modernized controls. Players can make their way through the Sinnoh region, collecting some of their favorite Pokémon like Snorunt, but how do you evolve this Ice-type Pokémon?

There are two evolutions for Snorunt, each with unique criteria. We've listed both of Snorunt's evolutions below:

• Glalie
  • Snorunt evolves into Glalie at level 42. Both male and female versions of Snorunt can evolve into Glalie.
• Froslass
  • Female Snorunts given a Dawn Stone will evolve into Froslass. This is a gender-specific evolution, so Male Snorunts won't be able to evolve into this form.

Those looking to capture a Snorunt should head to the Grand Underground and search the Icy, Whiteout, and Glacial Pokémon Hideaways. It's a rare spawn, so it may take some time to find Snorunt, but eventually, it will appear.
