Typhlosion’s leaked shiny variant reminiscent of the original form in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

A nostalgic look for your new friend.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is the latest entry in the highly-lauded Pokémon franchise, offering a new region and new Pokémon for players to discover. In addition to the new Pokémon, researchers may encounter familiar creatures like the starters: Cyndiquil, Oshawatt, and Rowlet. While these three may start as their previous renditions, they will surprise users with their new variations.

Each starter has a surprise in Pokémon Legends Arceus: their final evolution's shinies sport colors from their original designs.

While Hisuian Typlosion is primarily purple, the shiny variant is the same shade of greenish-blue that the original design showcases. You can see a preview of both versions of Hisuian Typhlosion below.

Typhlosion's new appearance isn't the only change in this popular Pokémon. Hisuian Typhlosion also sports a new type. Instead of being solely a Fire-type, Typhlosion is now a Fire / Ghost hybrid, according to leaks in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, giving it an entirely new set of options in this latest entry. The Pokémon even sports a new purple flame mane in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.
