The ability to date, marry and, eventually, start a family is part of what makes Rune Factory the amazing role-playing game that it is. And if you’ve already found your favorite bachelor or bachelorette in Rune Factory 5, then you probably want to date them as soon as possible.
To confess in Rune Factory 5, simply do the following:
- Speak with the person you want to confess to. Your relationship level with them has to at least be seven.
- Press L or R mid-dialogue.
- After they’ve said their piece, you’ll be able to tell them that you like them. Confess!
Why is your confession not working?
Even at a relationship level seven, however, it’s not a guarantee that they’ll accept your confession. Raise it higher for a better chance of them returning your feelings. Our recommended level is ten.
You can also only confess to a character once per day. If you fail, sleep on your feelings and try again the following day. Your persistence will reward you in the end.
