There is also a bit of information you can find about the entire update, including the Outlaw Stations, on No Man's Sky's official website. You yourself can become an outlaw and even make a pretty profit from moving goods to normal solar systems, or you can just enjoy exploring the Sentinel free planets in the Outlaw Systems.

How to find Outlaw Stations in No Man's Sky

You can find Outlaw Stations by taking a look at your Galaxy Map while using a Conflict Scanner or an Economy Scanner. Both of these devices will need to be obtained and help you easily find overtaken systems in No Man's Sky. Once you have found a system, be sure to get to know the local space pirates.
