There exists a very rare Tropical Wind card that was meant for players but only printed for an exclusive group. In 1999, there was a Tropical Mega Battle card tournament in Hawaii. Players at this event were specifically invited to play, meaning no one could simply sign up. There are said to be less than 70 copies available, with one selling in Oct. 2020 for $65,100.

This rare card is another tournament exclusive from Japan in 2002, though there seem to be even fewer copies than the Tropical Wind card. There have been only a couple of confirmed copies of this card, as well as only one confirmed in high quality. For those wondering about set value, this card is so rare that there is not a current public evaluation.
