The latest Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 update brought forth the Resistance: Week 5 Quests. One of these Quests requires players to establish Device Uplink at the Daily Rubble landmark. This is one of the newer Landmarks in the game, and it's located east of The Daily Bugle POI.
To establish Device Uplink, simply visit any of the communication ports set up around The Ruins and Looper Landing landmark. Follow the red markers map image below to reach any of the Device Uplinks to complete this Quest quickly. Once you find the communication port, simply walk into it to establish Device Uplink.

After establishing Device Uplink, players must visit the new Daily Rubble landmark. Simply swim towards the crashed IO Airship to discover this area. Climb up the IO Airship and recover the Data Drive to complete the next stage of the Quest.
Completing this stage of the Resistance: Week 5 Quests will unlock the next stages, which eventually lead to communication with the Paradigm. The battle between the IO and the Seven rages on, and players will have to look forward to the Seasonal Quests arriving in a few days.
