You may have seen, heard of, or even earned Contempt Crystals but don't know what they are. Don't worry, as they are a more niche aspect of Lost Ark. But they do have a specific use and a precise way to earn them.
What are Contempt Crystals in Lost Ark?
Contempt Crystals are a resource that can be earned by completing Chaos Dungeons at Tier 2 or within the Lost Ark Shop. You may notice that you don't initially see anywhere to spend Contempt Crystals. This is because you spend them at the Chaos Dungeon Shard Exchange, under the 2 Tier Exchange tab of the shop.
How do you get Contempt Crystals in Lost Ark?
You can earn Contempt Crystals in-game, but they can only be purchased from the Lost Ark Shop in Mari's Shop from time to time. To get your hands on some Contempt Crystals, you'll need to go all the way through Chaos Dungeons on at least Tier 2. According to many players, the best way to ensure you get rewarded with Contempt Crystals is to go to the Chaos Dungeons when your aura is lowered to zero. This has not been confirmed, but it is worth a try if you're having trouble getting ahold of the crystals.
