Players can look forward to a huge event with rare and shiny Pokémon, exciting Raid battles, event-exclusive Special Research, and plenty of GO Fest themed avatar items. Pokémon GO Fest 2022 takes place from 10am to 6pm local time wherever players are located.
The event will consist mainly of four different Habitat Hours that will rotate throughout the days, giving players the chance to catch many different Pokémon. Most of these Pokémon will feature their shiny forms, with some shiny forms debuting during the event.

Pokémon GO Fest 2022 is celebrated on Saturday, June 4, 2022, and Sunday, June 5, 2022. The event happens worldwide, so all players can participate. There are other location-specific events happening later in the year alongside GO Fest 2022.

How much does Pokémon GO Fest 2022 cost?
Pokémon GO Fest 2022 is technically free, though players have the option to purchase a ticket to the event for $14.99 USD. Without buying a ticket, players will still be able to catch most of the rare Pokémon and participate in the Raid battles held throughout the event. The ticket grants players access to increased shiny rates for Pokémon spawns, rare Incense spawns, the ability to participate in the Global Challenge Arena, and more.
