Dead by Daylight Project W Overview – Killers, Survivors, and Perks

Resident Evil is back in the world of Dead by Daylight. With three new characters to enjoy, it's clear the Entity isn't done harvesting the zombie-infested streets of Raccoon City just yet. Let's take a look at what's included in Project W.

Dead by Daylight Resident Evil Killer - Wesker (The Mastermind)

• Virulent Bound (Power)
  • The Mastermind can barrel forward, infecting Survivors with the Uroboros virus or leaping over obstacles.
• Superior Anatomy
  • Decades of research have culminated in you: something faster, stronger, and more dangerous than any human. When a Survivor performs a rushed vault within eight meters of you, Superior Anatomy activates.
  • Increases your vaulting speed by 30/35/40% the next time you vault a window.
• Awakened Awareness
  • Your genes have been altered to heighten your senses in intense situations.
  • While carrying a Survivor, the auras of all other Survivors are revealed to you when they are within 16/18/20 meters of your location.
• Terminus
  • You are a brilliant tactician who prepares for every eventuality.
  • Once the exit gates are powered, Terminus activates. All injured, dying, or hooked Survivors suffer from the broken status effect until the exit gates are opened. This effect lingers for an additional 20/25/30 seconds after the exit gates are open.

Dead by Daylight Resident Evil Survivor - Rebecca Chambers

• Better than New
  • You are an expert in combat medicine. Patients leave your care reinvigorated. Upon completing a healing action on another Survivor, they benefit from the following effects for the next 25/30/35 seconds: Increases their action speeds in repairing, healing, unlocking, and cleansing by +6%.
• Reassurance
  • Your presence helps allies focus, assuaging the panic associated with extreme conditions.
  • When within six meters of a hooked Survivor, press the Activate Ability button to halt their sacrifice process for the next 20/25/30 seconds.
  • If the hooked Survivor has already entered the struggle phase, its skill checks are paused for that duration.
• Hyperfocus
  • You throw yourself entirely into your tasks and find ways to be more efficient than anyone else. After hitting a great skill check while repairing or healing, Hyperfocus gains one token, up to a maximum of six tokens. For each token, the following stackable effects are applied:
    • Increases the skill check trigger odds by +2% per token.
    • Increases the skill check rotation speed by +4% per token.
    • Increases the skill check bonus progression by 10/20/30% of its base value per token.
  • Hyperfocus loses all tokens when succeeding a good skill check, failing a skill check, or if the action is interrupted by any means.

Dead by Daylight Resident Evil Survivor - Ada Wong

• Wiretap
  • You know that the best way to stay one step ahead is to keep tabs on the competition. After repairing generators for a total of 33%, Wiretap activates.
  • After repairing a generator for three seconds, press the Activate Ability button to install a Wiretap, which stays active for 60/70/80 seconds.
  • The aura of tapped generators are revealed to all Survivors in yellow. When the Killer comes within 14 meters of a tapped generator, their aura is revealed to all Survivors.
  • Damaging the generator destroys the wiretap.
• Reactive Healing
  • The more the situation becomes compromised, the more determined you become to complete the operation.
  • When another Survivor loses a health state within 32 meters of your location while you are in the injured state, you benefit from the following effect: Grants 25/30/35% of your missing healing progression.
• Low Profile
  • You work best alone. When it is just you and your pursuer, you know how to disappear. When you become the last Survivor remaining in the trial, low profile activates.
  • Suppresses your pools of blood and scratch marks for 70/80/90 seconds, after which Low Profile deactivates.
