How to unlock Curses in Soulstone Survivors

Can you overcome the Curse?

Soulstone Survivors is a challenging anti-bullet hell where you face overwhelming swarms of enemies and create powerful builds to defeat them. As you become better at the game, you will find that it challenges you less, that is, until you unlock Curses and ramp up the difficulty. Additionally, you can only unlock certain characters using Curses, which may leave you wondering how to get Curses in Soulstone Survivors.

How to use Curses in Soulstone Survivors

To unlock and use Curses in Soulstone Survivors, you must first clear a successful run on a map. Once you do this, the next time you play that map, you will be able to activate Curses. There are several tiers of Curses to unlock by further completing that map with the previous tier's Curses activated.

Curses will apply more challenges to a run and provide greater bonuses and rewards. You can only unlock several characters by completing specific maps with certain Curse tiers activated. This makes it worthwhile to activate Curses, as you will be able to experiment with more builds.

Be prepared, though, as Curses can significantly increase the difficulty of a run. We recommend getting victories under your belt before attempting them. But if you like a challenge, Curses are the way to go in Soulstone Survivors.
