Onikabuto are found around the islands of Inazuma, particularly in areas with high amounts of Electro Energy. They are not typically found in groups, so farming them can be more time consuming than other local specialties. Tartaratsuna is an area where they spawn at high frequency.
Local specialties take 48 hours to respawn once gathered. This is based on the time of gathering and not on server reset time.
