How to perform a Special Action in Warhammer 40k Darktide

Useful, but awkward.

Warhammer 40k's newest video game outing lets players pick up a massive variety of weapons and tools. Every class has a selection of armaments from giant rifles to powerful greatswords, has a selection of armaments. Every weapon has a unique secondary function that might not be immediately apparent but could completely revolutionize your play style.

Using Special Actions in Warhammer 40k Darktide

The Special Action is an extra benefit that each weapon offers. Some melee weapons give you a parry feature, while some projectile weapons include torches or buffs. By default, the Special Action command is mapped to the fifth mouse button in Darktide. You can simply adjust your button settings if your mouse doesn't have that many buttons.

To change the binding of Special Actions, simply pause the game and enter the Options menu. Look for the Keybindings submenu and scroll until you find Weapon Special Actions. Select a new key to make use of this important ability.

Special Actions can make you far more capable on the battlefield and radically change which of your weapons you prefer. Use the fifth mouse button to access this feature or rebind it if you prefer a different command.
