Octopath Traveler 2 – Stage Actors Side Story Walkthrough

The solution will pleasantly surprise you.

Stage Actors is an Octopath Traveler 2 side story that can be found in Tropu’hopu. It’s from the local Stage Director looking to put on the greatest battle-themed play in town. However, he hasn’t found his main actor yet, which is where you come in. Here’s how to complete Stage Actors.

You don’t actually need to find any NPC to complete this quest. You have all the manpower you need in your party. Stage Actors can be completed using one of four characters that can force someone into a battle using a Path Action, namely: Hikari, Osvald, Ochette, and, yes, even Temenos. The Stage Director is a little powerful, so we recommend you attempt this when you're character is around level 35.

The play turns out differently depending on who you choose. But Osvald’s is just as dramatic as his chapter one, Hikari’s is a bodyguard tale, Ochette’s story is her versus monster hunters, and Temenos’ is just him being the usual menace (now with mind-reading powers). We personally found the last one hilarious; it’s definitely our favorite.

You can only play this quest once, but feel free to save before you take up the job. You get a valuable accessory and leaves for your hard work.
