The update will hit the proverbial shelves on April 20, at which time all players can enjoy the goodies Capcom prepared. Now you must be wondering what new features will the new update bring? New Monsters in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak's Title Update 5

Arriving with the new Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Title Update 5 is Amatsu the Looming Calamity. Straight from Monster Hunter Portable 3rd, it will surely make long-time Monster Hunter lovers cheer with joy. Swooping in alongside this timeless titan is Risen Shagaru Magala, who also appeared in the trailer. An Elder Dragon evolution of a Gore Magala Risen Shagaru Magala is truly an incredible force to be reckoned with, and is unlockable at MR180; Amatsu will be available at MR10.

New Anomaly Research Quests in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak's Title Update 5

The Anomaly Research Quest will allow players to further hone their dragon-slaying skills by raising the Anomaly Investigation level cap to 300 and pitting them with two additional Risen Elder Dragons. Hunters looking forward to tackling monsters after completing an Anomaly Investigation at level 300 had better be equipped for the challenge, because the Special Investigations which unlock after that point will have monsters buffed with various power-ups to make Hunter's job even harder.

New Event Quests in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak's Title Update 5

The Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak's Title Update 5 will feature fresh new Event Quests, which will reward players with items like the following:

  • Bloodmalice Layered Armor
  •  Buff Body Layered Armor
  •  New Poses
  •  Lagombi Ears

Meanwhile, the paid DLC will include layered armor, hairstyles, and face paint for those Hunters who want to take things further, while the new "Monster & Elgado Music: Chill Version" paid BGM pack will offer some songs to listen to while enjoying the hunt.
