Best Diablo 4 Server Slam Builds

Diablo 4 is back for one more weekend, officially dubbed the Server Slam, before the launch in June. This gives you another chance to hop in and play up to level 20. Here's a look at some of the best builds to try out.

Best Barbarian build in Diablo 4 Server Slam

Barbarians are a popular class among players thanks to their simple playstyle, and there are a variety of builds to try out. Many players gravitate to a Whirlwind build due to that being one of the class's iconic abilities, but that might not be the best fit for you.

For example, an Upheaval build might be something worth trying out. Here's a quick look at what one could look like, but you're free to tinker with it as you see fit:

• Upheaval
• Flay
• War Cry
• Rallying Cry
• Challenging Shout
• Leap

Upheaval is a good ability to use from range, and it creates an interesting way to play the otherwise unga-bunga focused Barbarian. Of course, you can just stick to Whirlwind if you want.

Best Druid build in Diablo 4 Server Slam

Druids are best known for their shapeshifting abilities, but they also have some other builds to go for. The Landslide build is a solid one, and it's one I personally went with on hardcore up to level 20 in the previous beta. Here's what that looks like.

• Landslide
• Storm Strike
• Ravens
• Nature's Reach
• Earthen Bulwark
• Cyclone Armor
• Blood Howl

Your main damage-dealing ability will be Landslide, and it'll deal some increased damage if you get to cast the Ravens on top of the mobs. It's a fun build, but you won't be turning into a bear with this one if that's what interests you about being a Druid.

Best Necromancer build in Diablo 4 Server Slam

There are a lot of ways to play Necromancer, but we're going to stick to the summoner build as that appears to be a fan favorite, and it's quite powerful in Diablo 4.

• Raise Skeleton
• Golem
• Decompose
• Blight
• Decrepify
• Blood Mist

This build will get the field flooded with undead allies to waste away the enemies. It's also pretty easy to be successful with for solo players, and it'll even make soloing events a breeze.

Best Rogue build in Diablo 4 Server Slam

When it comes to Rogues, dealing damage in a hurry is key and there might not be a better class out there suited to doing it. Rapid Fire is a nice skill to build around, and it should allow you to pretty much melt everything you come across.

• Rapid Fire
• Heartseeker
• Poison Imbuement
• Deadly Venom
• Debilitating Toxins
• Shadow Step
• Dash

You can substitute a few of the skills out in favor of others if you'd like, but you'll want to make sure you dump five points in Rapid Fire. The idea behind this one is to use Rapid Fire when you have three combo points, ensuring you don't have any downtime while fighting and allowing you to maximize your DPS.

Best Sorcerer build in Diablo 4 Server Slam

Finally, we arrive at the Sorcerer, another popular class. A fan favorite through both Diablo 2 and 3, the Sorcerer should remain that way in Diablo 4 as well. There are many builds to go for, and I'm a fan of setting down Hydras and letting them do the work for me.

• Hydra
• Firebolt
• Firewall
• Flame Shield
• Teleport

Teleport is a staple among Sorcerers, so I have that one included for good measure, but the main damage will be from your Hydra, Firebolt, and Firewall. Feel free and sit back and rain fire on your enemies with this build.

What is the best class in Diablo 4 Server Slam?

Ultimately, the best class in Diablo 4 is very subjective. As the Server Slam won't allow you to get to max level, it isn't something you should worry too much about. This means you're not going to find the best gear or get all the skill points the game has to offer, meaning some builds won't be able to properly shine.

All of the builds listed above will likely remain solid at max level, but there's a chance more will pop up as we get access to more gear and skill points. Remember, pretty much anything is viable in Diablo 4, and that's especially so if you're not chasing after a top spot on the leaderboards.
