Tower of Fantasy drops deeper Marshville areas and new bosses later this month

The new major expansion for Tower of Fantasy, Butterfly in the Abyss, is set to release on November 21, 2023. There is a lot to uncover with this Tower of Fantasy 3.4, from newer areas for exploration to brand new bosses to fight.

The new area is the deeper parts of Marshville, where you will encounter newer enemies, challenges, and bosses. There are also "traces of past generations' efforts to defend against the Darkness," which might unlock newer ways to fight.

The two new bosses are Nan Yin and Xingtian. Nan Yin is the most powerful enemy in Domain 9, with powers of three separate Darkness Crystamaxes. Defeating her will be a challenge, as there is another entity besides Nan Yin called Merbelle, who will prove to be a challenge.

The other boss is Xingtian, and you will have to team up with others to gang up and defeat it. Once you do that, you will get tons of different rewards like you do from other bosses in the game.

Lastly, there will be a new gameplay called Field of Execution, where you team up with other wanderers to gather resources to survive. All in all, this update promises to bring a lot of things to make the game feel fresh and fun.
