Song of Days Past is a Genshin Impact Artifact Set that offers healing-aligned bonuses, making it the third Artifact Set dedicated to healers, after Maiden's Beloved and Ocean-Hued Clam.
With a quickly expanding roster of healers and few Artifact Sets to choose from, Song of Days Past offers a refreshing way to generate more party-wide utility based on the wielder's healing bonus output. Here's everything you need to know about Song of Days Past, from its set effects to how to farm for it and who can use it in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Song of Days Past Set Bonus
- Two-piece: Healing Bonus +15%
- Four-piece:
- When the equipping character heals a party member, the Yearning effect will be created for six seconds, which records the total amount of healing provided (including overflow healing).
- When the duration expires, the Yearning effect will be transformed into the Waves of Days Past effect: When your active party member hits an opponent with a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Plunging Attack, Elemental Skill, or Elemental Burst, the DMG dealt will be increased by 8% of the total healing amount recorded by the Yearning effect.
- The Waves of Days Past effect is removed after it has taken effect five times or after 10 seconds. A single instance of the Yearning effect can record up to 15,000 healing, and only a single instance can exist at once, but it can record the healing from multiple equipping characters. Equipping characters on standby can still trigger this effect.
How to get the Songs of Days Past Artifact Set in Genshin Impact
The Songs of Days Past Artifact Set can be farmed from the Waterfall Wen Domain located in the East Slopes of Mont Automnequi. To get the best value for your Resin, I recommend farming in the Domain of Blessing: Crumbling Assembly IV. If you're unable to defeat the enemies yourself, consider joining a party through Co-op mode.

Who can use the Song of Days Past Artifact Set in Genshin Impact
- Sangonomiya Kokomi - Kokomi's Elemental Skill summons a creature that does continuous healing, making it easy to overheal. Her naturally high healing output can maximize the Song of Days Past's passive bonus.
- Qiqi - If Qiqi is built more as a healer than a DMG dealer, she can accumulate a decent amount of heals to activate the party-wide DMG bonus for this Artifact Set. However, since she mainly heals on the field, you'll have to be careful about timing to avoid eating up too much of the passive's active time.
- Barbara - She offers off-field healing via her Elemental Skill and a larger healing output through her Burst, allowing her to accumulate a decent amount of healing to trigger the Artifact Set's passive bonus.
- Yaoyao - If Yaoyao is built more as a healer than a Dendro applicator, then her massive healing output can quickly maximize the Song of Days Past's passive bonus, giving her additional utility as a party DMG buffer.
- Baizhu - If Baizhu is built more as a healer than a Dendro applicator, then he can increase his healing output and increase his support utility using Song of Days Past.
While there are other healers in the game, such as Charlotte, Dori, and Diona, their healing output is centered around their Bursts, so they can't consistently trigger the Artifact Set's passive effect. I recommend maximizing their utility as Elemental applicators or as a shielder in Diona's case, which will offer more rewarding results.
