Cloudseam Scale

To obtain Cloudseam Scale, you must find and defeat the Solitary Suanni at any World Level. The higher your World Level, the higher your chances of receiving multiple components at once. It costs 40 Resin to receive components from the Ley Line Blossom each time you defeat this boss.

There is no quest requirement to get to the Solitary Suanni's lair. It's located in an underground area in Chenyu Vale's Chizhang Wall, which you can get to by using adeptal powers to traverse across the pearls from the southern Teleport Waypoint. Refer to the image below for its location:

Cold and solid scales from a Solitary Suanni. They retain pure adeptal energy even after falling off and cannot be damaged by ordinary weapons. Ordinary beasts can sometimes be affected by errant adeptal energy and become more powerful than usual. However, a suanni's adeptal energy originates from within themselves, which is why their leader is often regarded as equal to adepti.
