How to distract agents in Evil Genius 2: World Domination

Here's how to distract agents in Evil Genius 2.

Eventually, you are bound to have unwanted visitors called agents of justice to your Evil lair, and one of the things you can do to stop them is to distract them. Here's how to do it and what you need to know and do.

To distract agents, you must mark them by clicking on them and then the distract icon under their stats tab - the icon will be the one with the ace of spades on it. Once marked, one of your minions will run over and attempt to distract them. However, sometimes, this may result in combat, so be prepared to send in the muscle.

Along with this, you can also distract agents by building items in the casino or cover operations. Each item will also debuff agents' abilities and sometimes make them forget about breaking into your lair. Valet minions will also perform most of the distracting actions, so we recommend getting them as soon as possible by completing their side mission.

You can also get henchmen eventually when you complete all side missions, and these are basically super minions that keep whole squads of agents from entering your base.

Installing traps is also a good option, but this is not really distracting them, but stoping them in a very painful matter. That said, if you want to build either traps or cover operations items, right-click a room and then find the items tab in the build menu.
